- increase awareness of the importance of locally-grown "nano-businesses"
- stimulate local circulation of money
- provide instant cash grants to new and existing entrepreneurs

We have listened to you carefully the last few years and responded directly where we could. We recognized the need to change the way we work and so we kept track, wrote things down, and put on our thinking caps.
