eDev's income eligibility requirements to receive
services at no cost

You may be able to attend classes and receive services free of charge.  eDev receives grants to provide services to low-to-moderate-income individuals in specific areas of residency.  Currently eDev has grants for residents of Eugene and Springfield.  Proof of household income is required.  Examples of appropriate income verification can be found in the Application Instructions. (see Forms and Resources)

If you do not qualify for free services, you may yet be able to pay reduced fees based on a Sliding Scale. 

Any individual who is interested in our courses or counseling may pay for services.
