Requirements to Receive Services

There are three ways to "pay" for our services. 

First, you may be able to attend classes and receive services free of charge.  eDev receives grants to provide services to low-to-moderate-income individuals in specific areas of residency.  Currently, eDev does  have grants for residents within the city limits of Eugene and Springfield, as well as for those who reside outside of the metro are, in Lane County.  Proof of household income and residency  is required. Examples of appropriate income verification can be found in the Application Instructions. Second, if your household is above our income requirements for free services, you can apply to pay reduced fees based on a Sliding Scale.This will require a short letter explaining the circumstances which prevent you from paying full price for classes/counseling.

Third, if an individual who is interested in our courses or counseling but does not wish to turn in income verification documents; he or she may opt to pay for services.
