This class covers the different types of business legal structures that
most small businesses will typically consider such as a sole
proprietorship, limited liability corporation, and S-Corporation.
While each of these entities are what are called pass-through entities,
each of the entities have different tax implications. The second part
of the class will focus on assembling, preparing, and filling out the
tax forms for the different legal entities such as the Schedule C and
the Business Use of a Home form.
