Do you find yourself spending more time working in your

business than on your business?  Stumped about what your next step should
be?  Wasting valuable time and money operating day by day by the seat of
your pants?  It may be time to write your one page marketing plan.
In this hands-on workshop combining individual and group-work, each entrepreneur
will think strategically and make a simple, straightforward plan for sustaining
and growing their business through marketing.  You will develop your
marketing plan, as well as planning objectives, long-term goals, and strategies
to realize those goals.  During the workshop you will plug your business
information into easy-to-use templates and leave with documents containing a fridge-worthy
plan for moving forward in growing your business.
