We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of sole proprietorships, limited liability partnerships, and S-Corporations. We will also discuss the different forms that you will need to file your 2009 business taxes.

concepts of basic bookkeeping provides for a better utilization of
QuickBooks or other accounting software. Participants will receive a
free copy of Quicken 2008 personal software.

Have a great business idea but not sure how to make it into a great
business? We will walk through the discovery process, from business
idea to viable business concept. All participants will be researching
their own ideas as class homework. The objective of this class is to
completely identify a viable business concept. This class runs for five
sessions through August 7th.
