We receive calls from people asking about free government small business grant programs. They have seen the spam emails about massive giveaway government programs and want a cut of the action. Sorry, folks, but there aren’t such animals. However, we do have a program that can help get funds to your business – provided that you are willing to work towards your business goals for the next nine months to several years.
To date, 179 clients have either opened or completed their IDA. 128 of these IDA clients have reached their individual savings goal. In total, these clients have saved over $180,000. The program has matched those savings with over $526,000. As of mid-September 2008, 104 participants had purchased assets with these funds.
