Hello my viewers, while taking the business plan class i had a coustomer give me some feedback on my flyers how to improve them and this is what he said;

"Good Morning Mark,

I have thought a little about your request for feed back on your
landscaping business. First of all, you are doing a very good job.
You are concerned about your work and it shows you have a good over site of it.
I would recommend you to other neighbors or friends.

As to your flier, it tells your story. I would consider some changes if it
were mine. I would build a marketing calendar, such a seasonal one, and
limit what you put in your fliers as to the time of year. The one you left
with me is for landscaping so I would only list in bullet points items that
relate to that. This time of year I would limit it to Spring time items,
etc. Summer time a new flier related to summer issues in bullet points,
then the Fall and cleanup, etc. to the Winter issues. Keeping the flier
simple and to the point would highlight your services better than lumping them
all in one publication. I would be happy to discuss this with you.

I would also highlight some added value issues to appeal to certain
segments you are marketing to, such as Senior Rates, hauling excess debris, etc.
that is something that doesn't" cost the home owner, little things that are
considered "Added Value".

Thanks for asking for the feedback.

Jim"

I had found this great and new way to be creative so i thought i would give a try and would report in a at the end of spring to see if it has better results then bulking my servieces in one list or clump
