Instructor:  Martin Desmond    There is an old story that you can manage a business for years at a loss… but you can't manage a business for one day without cash.  Many businesses, whether big or small, continue to grapple with cash flow, because they fail to project their incoming and outgoing cash needs properly.  This class will focus on both the importance of budgeting to project cash flow and the on the actual day-to-day operations to make sure that the cash is coming in to the organization.
