An Overview:
Social media offers the potential to reach millions of customers.  This same ubiquity also poses a challenge:  how to set your business apart in this crowded space.  An overview of social media, the class will cover the common social media sites as well as set the tone for how to set yourself and your business up for success in this
whole new online world.
