Have a great business idea but not sure how to make it into a great
business? We will walk through the discovery process, from business idea
to viable business concept. All participants will be researching their
own ideas as class homework. During this class, you will look at the
following aspects, through the lens of your business:
- Creating a comprehensive product description
- Creating a target market customer profile
- Creating competition profiles
- Determining break even for your product/service
- Creating a projected cash flow statement
The instructor will guide you through a foundational research of your
business idea, preparing the way for you to write
a great business plan.
