The Northeast Oregon Economic Development District (NEOEDD) is a public organization which provides community and economic development services in Baker, Union, and Wallowa counties. Services include: business assistance, training and technical assistance, strategic planning, and program administration/staffing. NEOEDD offers business loans, business planning classes, networking opportunities and Individual Development Accounts for business clients. 

The Oregon Microenterprise Network is a statewide association of microenterprise development programs and their supporters.  OMEN is a strong advocate for microenterprise development, and providing leadership and a voice for statewide microenterprise support. eDev is a member of OMEN. 

Rural Development Initiatives (RDI) is an Oregon-based nonprofit dedicated to helping rural communities in the northwest thrive.  RDI assists rural communities to develop sound plans, strengthen community leadership, and build appropriate skills and structure for project implementation.

Rural Information, Practices and Peer Learning Exchange (RIPPLE) is a virtual meeting place where people in rural places can share knowledge, resources and skills with other rural people.

Saturday Market is a weekly open air festival featuring local crafts, vendors, and live entertainment in Eugene, Oregon.
