Savings Requirements

Before we can enroll you into our IDA program, you need to demonstrate your ability to save. You must make a minimum deposit of $25 for three consecutive months. During the period of time, you may not take any withdrawals out of the savings account.

We recommend that you set up a separate savings account that you do not touch. You can open up the account at any credit union or bank. Just put in a minimum of $25 for three consecutive months.

After you have completed your three months of pre-savings, you will need to bring a copy of your pre-savings with your completed application to our office. You can find the IDA application on our website, or pick one up at our office.
